We have made available in our support download area two (2) ftp programs. Choose your fave.
FileZilla and CoreFTP are both there.
We allow a maximum of 8 concurrent FTP connections to our servers.
You can access the ftp server at ftp.yoursitename.com
If you site hasn't propagated yet, it will be ftp and the IP address sent to you in your welcome email.
If you have misplaced your email, drop a note for support and they will forward the information to you.

Do you know if it allows SSH via a key and not an actual login ?
