Using cPanel, you can create many email accounts for your site.
Create the account you want, and give it a password. To access the email account and chck for messages, you can use
www.yourwebsitename.com/webmail or use the mail server and a mail client such as Outlook, Eudora, and ThunderBird.
The mail server can be reached by those mail clients at "mail.yourwebsitename.com"
Your username will be "
youremail@yourwbsite.com" and input your password. You can probably select the option of downloading your messages or leaving them on the server.
Cpanel will auto configure outlook, and Eudora's user manual can be found in the support menu, downloads.
