Check out our knowledge base and what files to upload to get your web site up and running.

If you need any FTp programs, there are 2 available (Core FTP and FileZilla) for download in the support area of the main web site. Go grab what you need.

If you want the ability to download/upload your email with SMTP and POP3, Eudora is a popular email client, as well as ThunderBird. Both are available for download in the support area.

I suggest creating an "index.html" text file and uploading it to the public_html directory of your site right away. That will keep snoopers out of your site. There doesn't need to be any thing in the file. Web browsers look for that file. (or index.htm or index.php)

If you want us to install any scripts that are available in Fantastico in the meantime, send an email and we'll install a script of your choice (free of charge!) with a default template to give your site an instant presence. You can then login and adjust, add or delete and create your site.
