We have activated an option with the mailservers to check *ALL* incoming email to each server against the "Spamcop" and "Spamhaus.org" databases in real time.
These two sites maintain a database of spam sending IP's. Any ip's connecting to our mailservers that are listed in those two databases will have their inbound mail connections dropped and "mail" not delivered.
If you noticed that you are not receiving email, there is a small possibility the mail servers are blocking it. This usually happens on shared sending servers.
If you think your inbound email is being blocked, please open a ticket. So far, we've had no complaints.
Thank you
